Enjoy a day out at the ‘Historic Engineering Expo’ on Saturday, March 19th 2022.

Celebrating Nhill’s unique engineering heritage, the program will include blacksmithing demonstrations, historic engineering exhibits, displays in the historic Bellman Hangar, parachute packing, activities for children, and free entry to the Aviation Heritage Centre.

Commemorative plaques outlining the engineering achievements of the Aeradio installation, and the WW2 RAAF Base at Nhill, will be presented by Engineering Heritage Victoria. The Aeradio building has been restored by volunteers and will be officially opened on the day.

A free shuttle bus will operate between the two venues. Skydiving will be a special feature of the day. Bookings can be made online at www.saskydiving.com.au or phone Jenny on 0417 014 278. Places are limited so book early!
